We are learning about the Little House on the Banks of Plum Creek. They live in a sod house under ground and the walls are made of dirt! There are flowers growing on the roof. There is a creek nearby called Plum Creek. Laura went near the creek and disobayed Pa. The next day Laura had to be watched by Ma and stay inside.There is no rooms in the sod house. It is one big room.

It's important to listen to our parents! Laura could have really been hurt that day she went down by the creek.. if I remember right, she almost fell in right?
Well girls, I did have a bit of time to put some pictures on our blog, but Sarah and I have not updated hers yet. We are so busy after school!
oh, I wanted to tell you, I LOVED your sundial you made! WOW! It really was accurate! I didn't know it would be that accurate. Very interesting! You girls sure are learning a lot!!
